Some people truly never learn. Delaware State Police say a man who was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine at his Harrington home in September has been arrested again on the same offense. Forty-six-year-old Michael A. Ratledge was arrested Wednesday. He is being held on $21,000 cash only bail. Troopers went to Ratledge's home to investigate a possible meth lab. Police say a search of the residence equipment and ingredients used to manufacture meth were found.
