Woman who died in Ocean City balcony plunge identified

Ocean City Police have identified the woman who died in a fall from the third-floor balcony of a condominium.
Officers found the body of 41-year-old Kelly Degracia of Santa Monica, Calif. Tuesday on the sidewalk outside the St. Croix condominium building.
Police are continuing their investigation into Degracia's death, and are awaiting autopsy results.
