The Milford Diner has been vacant since the former owner was murdered in Dover last October during a home invasion. Three suspects are facing charges. Gus Koutoufaris previously ran several restaurants in the area, and now has a partner to get the Milford Diner on Route 113 open once again.

Koutoufaris says the menu will include traditional diner as well as Greek specialties. Initially the diner won't be open around the clock, but that is a possibility eventually. The Milford Diner may be back in operation in late March, and a few dozen people will be working there full-time or part time. Mark Fowser, Delaware 1059 News.
