Two men wanted in armed robbery at Seaford convenience store

Seaford Police are looking for two suspects involved in an armed robbery at a convenience store.

Police say the suspects went to the Uncle Willie's convenience store on Stein Highway early Friday morning, and the first suspect jumped over the counter and became involved in an altercation with the clerk, cutting the clerk's arm.

The suspects then took an undisclosed amount of money form the register and fled. They were last seen running southbound in the Nylon Boulevard area.

The 66-year-old male clerk was treated and released from Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.

The first suspect is described as a white male, teens to early 20's, 5'5", 120-130 pounds, wearing a dark colored hoodie, dark pants, and red bandana. He was armed with a large knife.

The second suspect is white male in his teens to early 20's, 5'5" to 5'7", 125-135 pounds, blonde hair, wearing black hoodie with neon green "M" on front, camo pants and dark colored bandana on face.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Seaford Police at 302-629-6644 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction.
