UPDATE: Police identify one suspect in recent Seaford shooting
Seaford Police identify a suspect in connection with an exchange of gunfire near West Seaford Elementary School as students were outside for "field day" activities.
One of two vehicles involved in the gunfure Thursday at Sussex Avenue and Stein Highway was located at a rental agency in Maryland.
The man who rented it is now wanted on twelve counts of reckless endangerment, one count of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and one count of conspiracy.
Police say that 28-year-old James Frazier of Cambridge, Maryland is still at large and could be armed.
