Two jurors from the Eric Bodenweiser are speaking out about the trial.

That was one of the jurors words about Eric Bodenweiser on the stand. A second juror said Bodenweiser was his own worst witness, and called his story about why he let the accuser watch porn, "a crock."

Both jurors say there was an 11-1 guilty vote, with one of the jurors saying it was on a oral sex charge, the other juror disagreed.

The juror adds a straight guilty/innocence vote taken last Friday was 8-4 guilty then when they came back on Monday it was 10-2. A mistrial was ruled later that day.

One juror from the recent Eric Bodenweiser child sex abuse trial, which was ruled a mistrial, speaks out about the case.

"He was his own worst witness." That's how one of the juror's described Bodenweiser on the stand saying his story about the accuser going into the house, finding a porn magazine and offering back to watch porn, which Bodenweiser said he let happen, was "a crock."

The juror, who did not want his or her name publicized and did not want to go on the air said on at least one of the oral sex counts, the jury had an 11-1 guilty vote. The juror was among thinking Bodenweiser was guilty and that the Pastor was believable.

The juror goes on to say the one dissenter felt strongly about Bodenweiser not being guilty, and that there were many arguments to convince that juror but to no avail.

The juror spoke with me because he or she wanted both sides to know how close the vote was and that the vast majority of the jury as the 11-1 vote shows, thought Bodenweiser was guilty. The juror did say the accuser was a "mess" but gave the benefit of the doubt to him to a degree.
