A lumber truck catches fire in Georgetown.

Delaware State Police say the 61-year-old driver from Centreville told them he was driving on Deer Forest Drive near Route 113 around noon Monday when he smelled a strange odor.

That odor was coming from the engine of the big rig due to a mechanical issue.

The driver was NOT hurt in the incident.
