Election Commissioner Elaine Manlove says Flowers will still appear on the ballot this September because there's not enough time to properly cover up his name before voters head to the polls.

Manlove says the current plan is to place a card in voting booths that remind voters there's no race for the Democratic nomination.
She says votes for Flowers, who had not yet officially withdrawn from the race as of Friday afternoon, will be recorded but not listed with the primary results.
