Joint Agency Prostitution Operation Nets 27 Arrests, Including 2 from Sussex

Twenty seven people, including a Sussex County man and woman, have been arrested following a joint operation initiative targeting prostitution in New Castle County.
The initiative, which was a joint partnership of the Delaware State Police and the New Castle County Police, took place on Thursday, June 11, and Friday, June 12 and targeted the areas of Route 9 and Route 13 in New Castle.
Police say the areas were targeted in response to numerous citizen complaints of prostitution and other quality of life crimes that have been occurring and focused on prostitutes and the men who patronized them.
31-year-old Kimberley Porter of Delmar and 38-year-old Jayson Blauch of Lewes were among the people arrested; to see a full list of everyone arrested, go to our website at delaware1059.com.

6. Tammy Eidelsburger, 44, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution. Released on $500.00 unsecured bail.
7. Cristy Sposato, 36, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution. Released on $500.00 secured bail.
8. Lisa Hall, 34, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Prostitution and Criminal Nuisance. Released on $250.00 unsecured bail.
9. Katrina Campbell, 37, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Conspiracy 3rd Degree, Possession of Heroin. Released on $4000.00 unsecured bail.
10. Stacey Rodriguez, 47, New Castle, DE (pictured in black and white spaghetti straps). Charges: Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Released on $750.00 cash bail.
11. Alfredo Flores-Lopez, 35, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
12. Atef Moursy, 46, Claymont, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
13. Corey Hitchens, 45, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.

26. Richard Cosans, 56, Coatesville, Pennsylvania (white male beard). Charges: Wanted for DUI out of PA. Committed to Howard Young Correctional Institution pending his extradition to Pennsylvania.
