"All of a sudden fire trucks were going west on '16, and then I heard a massive explosion that shook my house. It literally shook my house. I looked out the window and there was a black cloud as far as you could see going from the southwest to the northeast."

The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office says a 90-by-60-foot waste water treatment facility was fully involved in flames when firefighters from several departments arrived shortly before 7:00 a.m..

While they were there, a propane tank behind the building exploded.

There were no injuries reported.

Damage is estimated at $750,000.

Clean Delaware Inc. says it's still in business.

The company released this statement late Friday:

"Clean Delaware Inc. would like to thank all of our local fire, police and safety personnel who came to our assistance early this morning as we dealt with an unfortunate situation. We are currently in operation and will be utilizing equipment and vehicles from our other locations while we work through the recovery process. To all of our customers, employees, local businesses and friends who have reached out to us we thank you! We are blessed to have such support."
