Two suspects in the murder of a diner owner have been extradited back to Delaware to face charges.

Joshua Lemonick and Angeline Terek of the Philadelphia suburbs waived a hearing and are now being held without bail, pending preliminary hearings later this week.

The two, both in their 20s, were arrested last week for the murder of 59-year-old Michael Gklotsos in his Acorn Lane Home.

Police say Gklotsos was strangled during a robbery attempt.

Lemonick is being held at the James Vaughn Correctional Center, while Terek is at the Baylor Women's Prison.
