State Representative Dave Wilson is injured in a three car fatal crash on route 113 near Lincoln.

Wilson, a Republican from Cedar Creek Hundred, suffered minor injuries in the accident.

The crash happened around 9:13 Wednesday morning just southwest of Lincoln, when a car driving southbound crossed the median and hit a pick-up truck traveling northbound.

The pick-up truck then went into Representative Wilson's car which he was also driving northbound.

The two people in the car, Priscilla and Eduardo Saez, both 36 years old and from Milton, were pronounced dead at the scene, while one of the three people in the pick-up, Cirio Sanchez-Diaz of Selbyville, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was flown to Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.

The other three occupants of the truck, Carlos Farrera-Diaz, Juan Jesus Grimaldo-Martinez and Erick Oswaldo Torres-Castillo all suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Representative Wilson was taken to and released from Milford Medical Center and treated for cuts and bruises.

Route 113 was shut down in both directions for nearly three and a half hours after the crash, and State Police continue to investigate the incident.
