By Michelle Provencher

Two people are arrested following an investigation into their alleged counterfeit cash scheme at Delaware Park.

State Gaming Enforcement officials say 28-year-old Patricia Dorsey, of Chester, Pennsylvania, who was a cage cashier at the park, had been knowingly exchanging legitimate currency with fake bills given by her accomplice.

Investigators say her conspirator, 36-year-old Adrian Irving, of Upland, Pennsylvania, would pose as a patron cashing out at Dorsey's cage using his funny-money and she would reimburse him with authentic cash.

Dorsey was arrested on July 15 and Irving was arrested on September 20 upon extradition from Pennsylvania where he was incarcerated on other charges.

Both were charged with 13 counts of Felony Forgery 1st, 5 counts of Felony Theft, and 2 counts of Felony Conspiracy 2nd.

She was arraigned in JP Court and released on $19,000 unsecured bond. He was arraigned in J.P. Court and released on $56,000 unsecured bond.
