By Kelli Steele

Crisfield Police have arrested 15 drug dealers, ending a four-month investigation.

Police say they stationed an undercover officer in a local hotel for two months; during his stay he was able to purchase a wide range of narcotics including Heroin, Cocaine, Marijuana, Vicodin, Xanax and Oxycodone. The drugs had a street value of $10,000.

Police say they also seized $1,000 in cash, five vehicles, two ATV's, a motorcycle, laptops, cell phones, flat screen TV's and DJ equipment.

Crisfield Police Chief Michael Tabor called the undercover investigation and subsequent arrests, one of the largest covert drug operations in Crisfield's history.
