DelDOT updates road conditions
DelDOT says primary and most secondary roads throughout Delaware are primarily clear, but drifting snow is still an issue.
DelDOT is reporting that high winds are blowing snow back onto roads that have already been cleared in some wide-open spaces requiring crews to plow the same roads multiple times.
Southern Kent County and most of Sussex County many local and back roads still have a covering of snow or slush, and DelDOT crews are continuing to salt and plow those roads.
DelDOT is still reminding you to be cautious on the roads as the crews are still out there working, and that warmer conditions later today will help melt the remaining snow and dry the roads.
