Former Md. warden killed in Harrington industrial accident
By Mark Fowser

An industrial accident in Harrington claims the life of a former Somerset County warden.

55-year-old James Lee Henderson Junior was pinned between a forklift and a pole while working on an electrical installation project at a vacant warehouse Wednesday.

He was taken to Milford Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Delaware State Police say no foul play is suspected.

Henderson also headed animal control in Somerset County after resigning as warden in 2007.
