The National Weather Service has once again today issued a red flag warning from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Today's warning is for Sussex and Kent Counties in Delaware and for Queen Annes, Talbot and Caroline Counties in Maryland.

Forecasters say while winds are NOT expected to be as high as they were on Wednesday, the winds will blow between 20- and 30-miles-per-hour today; the winds coupled with low humidity will lead to the potential for fire to spread rapidly. Forecasters are urging people to avoid all outdoor burning until winds calm and humidity levels rise.

Also, make sure you discard your cigarettes properly today because of the warning.
