One person is dead and State Police say another four are injured from a head-on collision east of Bridgeville Saturday.

Investigators say 18-year-old Justin Fuller, of Mount Airy Maryland, was driving his Dodge Durango westbound on Seashore Highway around 11 a.m., when, for an unknown reason, he crossed into oncoming traffic, hitting a pick-up truck.

Troopers say a passenger in that pick-up truck, 53-year-old Carolyn Tallent of Georgetown, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say her husband, 49-year-old Frank Tallent, was behind the wheel of the pick-up. He's listed in critical condition at Christiana Medical Center.

Police say Fuller and a passenger were transported to Milford Memorial Hospital where they were treated and released.

Fuller's second passenger is reported in critical condition at Christiana.

Police say Route 404 was closed between Oak Road and Chaplins Chapel Road for about four hours after the crash.
