Five individuals were arrested and drugs and weapons were recovered in a raid by the Wilmington Police last week, authorities announced Wednesday. 

According to authorities, members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division along with officers from the Crisis Management Tactical Team executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Washington Street around 2:35 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, where they found James Wing, 20, Michael Sullivan-Wilson, 19, Serlina Wing, 23, Christopher Blake, 23, of Newark, and Shamar Foster, 18. 

Police said they recovered 4.3 grams of crack cocaine, 3.29 grams of heroin packaged for sale, $873 in currency, digital scales and assorted drug paraphernalia, and two loaded 9mm handguns. 

James Wing was charged with two counts possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, second-degree conspiracy, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $48,600 secured bond. 

Sullivan-Wilson was charged with two counts possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, two counts possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, second-degree conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, two counts aggravated menacing, second-degree conspiracy, and resisting arrest. He was committed to Young in lieu of $58,100 secured and $23,500 secured combined bond. 

Serlina Wing was charges with two counts possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was committed to the Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution in lieu of $46,000. 

Blake was charged with two counts possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, two counts possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $55,200 unsecured bond. 

Foster was charged with two counts possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to young in lieu of $45,600 secured bond. An image was unavailable for Foster.
