Elena Delle Donne will serve as a captain for a second-straight year after winning the fan vote for the 2019 WNBA All-Star Game.

The Ursuline and Delaware-alum claimed 32,460 votes, easily outpacing A'Ja Wilson's 26,475, making them the two captains.

The rest of the 10 starters were determined by a formula that weighted 50% on the fan vote, 25% on a media poll, and then 25% on the opinions of the league's players.

Delle Donne was the top vote-getter among forwards by both the fans and media, although she finished 5th in the player vote behind Wilson, Natasha Howard, DeWanna Bonner, and Jonquel Jones.

Delle Donne, June's Eastern Conference Player of the Month, has been voted to the All-Star Game in each of her six seasons in the league.

Wilson and Delle Donne will get to select from Kayla McBride, Jewell Loyd, Chelsea Gray, Kia Nurse, Natasha Howard, Jonquel Jones, Liz Cambrage, and Brittney Griner.

The remaining 12 reserves in the game will be selected by the league's head coaches, and will be announced on Monday.

The WNBA All-Star Game is set for July 27 in Las Vegas on ABC.
