DELAWARE 105.9 WEATHER WATCH IS NOW ACTIVE

Delaware Humane Association Delaware 105.9 loves pets! That's why we've partnered with the Delaware Humane Association to bring you the Pet Page. Each week, we'll show you a cat and a dog from the Delaware Humane Association who need good homes. You can also get answers to your pet health questions in our new Ask the Vet feature, plus useful information for any animal lover in our Tip of the Month section.

Pets of the week for December 9, 2019

LAYLA

1 year old spayed female Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Meet Layla! Layla came to us when her owners could no longer care for her. She is still adjusting and is quite nervous in her kennel, but once she's out, she's as happy as can be! She is excitable and oh so silly! She has not yet been introduced to other dogs or kids, but needs a home without cats! Ask to spend time with Layla at DHA Wilmington today!

CLOUD

8 year old neutered male Domestic short hair
Meet Cloud! Cloud is new here, so our caretakers are still learning about our new friend's personality. Cloud was adopted from DHA back in 2014 and was recently brought in by a good Samaritan who saw him roaming the streets. Efforts to contact his old owner were not successful, so now Cloud is back again to find his forever home. Cloud will need to be on a special diet that can be discussed at the time of serious inquiry. At this time, Cloud has not yet been introduced to other cats, dogs or kids. Ask to spend time with Cloud at DHA Wilmington today!
